A city surveillance camera captured the scene of a mass shooting early Tuesday morning in downtown Denver as thousands celebrated the Denver Nuggets’ NBA championship. Ten people were shot and wounded — including a man suspected of opening fire — in the shooting near 20th and Market streets, though all are expected to survive.
