Singapore will review the way it funds lifelong education, to better support mid-career workers to stay relevant and competitive. Education Minister Chan Chun Sing said it is one of the mindset shifts needed to enable Singaporeans to thrive in an increasingly uncertain and challenging world. He was delivering the keynote speech at an Institute of Policy Studies conference.
