Chinese astronauts conclude field survival training in desert
A team of 15 Chinese astronauts successfully concluded field survival training in Badain Jaran Desert, northwest of China recently. The 19-day program was the country’s first ever training for astronauts in desert areas of the landing ground. The training further adapted them to desert life, which helped them master the gears, improve their survival ability and build a strong team spirit.
